Fraction of invitations that receive nominations (BC PNP)

I am able to get statistics about the number of issued invitations to apply. But are there statistics also on what fraction of these invitations end up receiving nominations? As ultimately, that is what matters.

A related question: what happens if somebody receives an ITA and ends up waiting for a decision for more than 12 months?
