Found Ineligible - Help!

Hi everyone

I finally got my WES results today online, and I tried submitting my Express Entry form, and it says ineligible for Federal Skills Worker.

This is confusing, as I have done my IELTS (9,9,8.5,7.5), my WES evals (up to Master's), I have the relevant proof of funds ($12,164 for me) and I have the work experience (almost 2 years as an assistant manager full time (NOC 0)).

What am I doing wrong?

You must be answering wrong to single/few question(s). Try again. Read question carefully and try again. Put down couple thousand more for funds.
