Can anyone tell me about FOSS? How much data it share with the officer?

Which officer, police,immigration, CBSA ? Be more specific and in what context.

The immigration officer wrote in my GCMS.
I married with my wife 2015 December. She is Mexican and i am Pakistani. She came to Canada as a Refugee. Her case was accepted as a refugee as well and she her marital status Common law. Later when they fill the form for PR card so the women who fill my wife application and his ex (Common law partner) application. She wrote Married. My wife and ex was learning English. They never notice this mistake. Now she married with me. We realize about that mistake last April when we receive our notes. We brought proof from Mexico (No marriage certificate, Ontario marriage search and letter from his ex and children as well).

I have a interview this 19 September. My lawyer prepare all the supporting document (Refugee document + Humanitarian and compassionate where my wife and his ex show common in law). We also prepare that document where PR application show Married. Hopefully visa officer will satisfied from these proof.
