Ok we are almost ready to send in our PR app. I'm waiting for my Option C printout,Certificate of my divorce and my new passport. Few questions:

We'd like to have the app in by August 1 as hubby needs to reapply for another vistors extension by August 1 and we want them to see the app has been sent. My passport with birth certificate won't be here til mid August so i've included a note in the app explaing this and that I would send these in as soon as they arrive. We don't have alot of other stuff...1 wedding picture(very small civil ceremony) 1 pic of us in his truck before he dropped me off at airport. Phone records,my passport stamps,ticket stubs from some of the trips,Western Union receipts,bsank statements showing places we stayed. I will also have a couple of letters of support from very close friends. Does this all sound ok? Its so nerve wracking. Also the receipt which we payed App fee and sponsor fee but it has no name on it...we used hubbys credit card(he's app btw) so do we put his name on it or mine? I have a concern about the medical but i'm too afraid to find out if wse royally screwed up so i just won't ask!lol :-X

Go ahead tell us about the medical.And his or yours on the recipt it does not mater as long as the fee is paid.And your evidence seems alright but for the lack of photos of you both???That is one of your most important pieces of evidence of you doing everyday things,wedding,but if you dont have them you dont.Put an explanation in why you do not have more photos,but i dont know what it would be as it does not take much to take photos of everything.But people dont really think about these things until you start the process.
Include what you got thats all you can do.You can send it in without your birth cert and passport im not sure what they will do as they do so many different things they are unpredictable.They may send it back or they may just let it sit until you send them in???

I know I feel so bad about the pictures. Alot of the time we were alone so had no one to take pics of us and of course we just never knew it would be so important for this process. Ok the medical...we told the doctor it would be going to Missauga as this is where its being mailed to but then it goes to Buffalo. So i'm just afraid it might go to Missauga and get lost or it might mess things up.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, or perhaps I missed something in your posts, but don't medicals go to Ottawa? That is where mine went.

Ottawa? I don't think so...I thought they went with the PR app or at least it says to send it with the app.

You send to Missisauga your copy provided by doctor along with PR application. All other stuff (lab results, etc) doctor will send him/herself to Ottawa. Only then after sponsor approval, by local (Buffalo or else) request results sent there. This is how I believe happens.
