Forms with different dates

Hello everyone,

I got my package returned yesterday because there was some missing signatures in 3 forms.
My question is, is it ok to fix only those forms and send the package back as it is? or should I change the date all to all forms with today's date? because I really dont want to alter the rest of the forms just to avoid doing mistakes.

There is no new updates on the forms. I just want to know if I have to sign every single form again with today's date, or just fix the ones with mistakes and send the rest as they are.

Make sure because what I know some forms have been updated 4th June 2019 that including the checklist Imm5533


About the sign if it's more than 90 days I believe you need to do it again you also can find many people here have asked about it before.
