When we are filling out the forms requiring our phone numbers after clicking 'validate', a message pops up saying 'following field must contain a value - a 3 digit area code'. All boxes have the area code so I dont know why it is saying this. A glitch? Are we missing something? Is there a very specific way to enter a telephone number that I don't know about?

If you can't find a solution.. Put in a number (one that lets you validate form), validate, print, and then use white out to correct the phone number to the correct one.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately it doesn't let me vaildate ANY number. Keeps popping up with 'you need to put in the area code'. I've tried every way you could type in a phone number with the area code and its just not having it.

Very odd. Maybe try downloading the form again and redoing it.

We've tried downloading the form onto two different laptops. We have the latest Adobe Reader CIC recommened on their website. It still doesn't work. This truly is bizarre and I'm stumped!

You're sure you're entering a 3-3-4 digit tel number with (1) at the start if needed?

The 1 is automatically filled in a seperate box and you can't alter it The following box is blank for you to enter the rest of the number and no symbols such as dashes are allowed.
