Dear all,

I would like to sponsor my child who is in india aged 3 . what are the forms I need to fill on behalf of him on immigration forms. confusion on IMM5669 and 5406

Please suggest

Are you a permanent resident of Canada? For how long? Did you declare this child in your application?

if you call immigration canada, they will send you the application kit to your home in canada. the canadian citizen parent should call for that. & ask the documents needed with the application.

you mean there is a separate application kit for dependent children below 18 which is not online pls confirm what application package number I should ask

Another question if i'm signing in place of baby should I sign my name or baby name

oh dear i did not see that you have told that you are a PR. i was telling about the parents who are canadian citizens.
