Hi All,

I am having queries while filling the forms for FSWP 2014. Seniors, Please help me in the following questions.

imm0008_3e : Schedule 3 - Economic Classes - Federal Skilled workers

Q11. Assets and Liabilities - What to enter ? can i enter just 0 and enter thene Proof of Funds value in Settlement funds field ?

Q12. What to enter in the Occupation field ? I am applying under NOC 2173.
For the current company, what is the value to be entered in the To Field. Can i just enter August 2014 as i am going to submit my application ?
What is the occupation to enter ?

IMM0008ENU_2D: General Application For Canada

Q1. Program Under which you are applying ? Is it "Economic" ?
Q2. Category under which you are applying ? Is it "Skilled Worker" ?
Q6. Where do you intended to Live in Canada ? Can i give any one country and later on is it possible to enter in to Canada from a different city ?

Q7C. Have you received your certificate De Selecttion from Qubec( CSQ) ? If No, when did you apply for CSQ ? What to be entered here ?

National Identity Document

In INDIA, what documents can be used as National Identity Documents ? If they don't have an Expiry date, can i enter NA in that field ?

What to be filled in fields - Current Occupation and Intended Occupation ?

Should i select "Consent and Declaration" from as "YES" ?

IMM5406E : Additional Family Information

When my wife is filling this form , what is the name of the Application ? - Is it my spouse name or my name ?

It says, we need to complete all columns in English and Native language ? Do we need to write all the information in native language ?

If you have no assets(apart from Settlement fund) and no liabilities, then just write amount of settlement fund in Asset column, zero in Liabilities and settlement fund in settlement fund column

Can i give any one country and later on is it possible to enter in to Canada from a different city ? I am not sure about it.

When my wife is filling this form , what is the name of the Application ? - Is it my spouse name or my name ? I think it will be your spouse name as PA, and your name under spouse name, and you spouse has to sign that form.

It says, we need to complete all columns in English and Native language ? Do we need to write all the information in native language ? Yes you have too.

P.S. I didn't mention anything is my native language. But from what I understand write it below you name in English.
 
I have some questions on the General Appln form IMM0008:

1. For quesn 4 - Immigration office: I am staying more than 3+ yrs in US. Should I fill up the 1 under column 'Applicants for Permanent Resident Visas' for US.
2. Q6: Can I fill up any Province/City or is there any quota per Province.
3. Q7: I am not able to check 'No' here. What should I do.
4. Q10: I am currently staying in US. What should I fill up in the 'To-date' column. Today's date or till date?
5. Contact Info- Q5: I dont have a fax no at home. Can I leave it blank.
6. Education/Occupation detail: Q3/4: What should be my intended & Current occupation. Should I put both as the NOC Occupation code description I am applying for.
7. Dependant: Q12: What should I put as Dependant type for my wife.
8. What should I put as 'Dependant type' for my son.
