Forms for applying for Work Permit at Port of Entry (airport)

Hi all,

My partner (US Citizen) and I (German citizen) are planning on getting our work permits at the port of entry. Are the forms the same as listed in IMM5488E or is there a different set of forms we need to consider?

From what I heard, you don't need any forms and the CBSA officers will fill out your application based on the information in your LMO, passport, job contract, etc. But it wouldn't hurt to fill out an application for a work permit made outside Canada. Just fill out the form anyway just in case, but chances are that they won't ask for it.
