I am from INDIA and i am trying to fill the form SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND DECLARATION(IMM5669)

I have the following questions

question number 7 of the form says

Indicate the number of years of formal education you have which you have completed at each of the levels indicated.
Give the number of years of school you successfully completed for each of the following levels of education.
box Elementary/primary school
box Secondary/Highschool
box University/College
box Trade school or other post secondary school

my question is what falls(which class/standard ) under Elementary/primary school,Secondary/Highschool(should i include +1 and +2 ie after 10th standard as highschool)

and i am a BCOM (Bachelor of commerce Graduate ) followed by MCA(master of computer applications)

I have completed BCOM on schedule i mean it takes 3 years so i have completed in three years however i have completed my masters (MCA) in 7 years(usual course time is 3 years) the reason being i discontinued in between and went for a job and then i came back from job and completed so it took 7 years for MCA .

so should i mention (3+7 = 10) 10 years for University/college or should i mention (3+3 = 6 )6 years usual time it takes to complete BCOM and MCA..
