form validation

I have not done any government job so I have mentioned N/A but date format is not taking N/A while validating the form,
What should I fill up as a date?

I am guessing you are talking about "Schedule A" form.

I wrote "NONE" in the box "Country and level of Jurisdiction".
Same for "Military and/or Paramilitary services" - wrote "NONE" under "Branch of service".
