My friend submitted an application to CIC sydney which was returned after 2 mnths. Objection was that he forgot to attach Background declaration (of spouse)form. Now what should they do? I mean should they send a fresh application along with letter frm CIC? Wat aba old form ? Is it to be attached with the new one?Wat about the attachments with the old form? Pl give ur answers as they want to send it urgently.

In such cases there usually is a detailed letter explaining what to do. Ask your friend to attach the missing form to the application kit and resend the kit. It should work.

thanks a lot. in the letter it is written that form is missing and resend it with the letter and its attachments.. now what does it mean? should they send
1.letter frm CIC
2. NEW FORM or just missing form?
3. old form & its attachments?

1.Send the letter from CIO
2.Fill the missing form and attached to the old form-making it complete unit.
3.Send all other attachment like fee form or bank draft.
