Not sure what to answer on this one...I am married to an american for 1 yr and pretty much live together between both countries as we are semi retired and are able to spend 6mos each country....however "technically" we are not allowed to "live" in each others country. So should I say we live together or not. I hope this makes sense....

Other question is what do we put down for immigration office for processing..thx

Your processing office has to be the closer one to the applicat, closer to your residece adress.

As for living together part, in what I read in your post you don't really live with your husband, so I guess it's better to write that you visiting each other often, and explain how many times a year and for how long.
