It's unclear to me who has to fill out form IMM 5562, listing travel history. It doesn't appear on the current PR checklist, and an immigration consultant we went to see said that he only submits it when clients are using an outland application but never for inland applications. I can't seem to find this information anywhere. As background: I'm Canadian and my husband is French, and in the last four years (since we met) we have been traveling almost 100% of the time. So filling out a travel form is going to be extremely tricky for us, but also maybe we should complete this form even if we don't technically have to since they are probably going to want to see a list of our travels regardless.
