Form IMM 5406- Additional Family information

Hi Everyone, We have received approval for our PR and we have one dependent (new born) to add now to our application. We have been asked to fill form 5406 (additional family information). I know me and my spouse (Principal Applicant) needs to fill this form separately. I have one question about this form now :-

1) We already provided mother/ father, brother/ sister information in our initial application, so do we need to fill only new born information or do we need to fill everyone's information including new born.

Can you please elaborate? Does that mean we have to fill out all the member's information (including what we have already filled out). Also, Does only principal applicant needs to fill this form or Principal as well as Spouse?

It means list all family members as required on the form. Your instructions should have specified who needs to fill out a new form.
