hi guys. I put some gaps in my form 5669E and I submitted my file last December 2015. Is it okay to resubmit that form now with file number or wait for the request from the VO? I resubmit that form the day I realize that I put some gaps on personal history but that time I did not received my AOR yet so I just put my name and the date they receive my application. so I think they did not attached that form on my application.
