I am applying a new visitor visa since my old passport and visa has expired. During the process, I found out that I put down my parent's DOB wrong on form5645 of my last application. Below are some solutions that I can think of. Please kindly suggest what should I do to avoid being rejected for the visa.
1. Finish my current application with a correct form5645. Do nothing about the previous mistake.
2. Attach a clarification letter to "Optional Documents - Client Information" during document submission to explain the situation. Finish my current application with a correct form5645.
3. Finish my current application with a correct form5645 then use the webform to explain the situation. (Don't think this will work since webform can only be used for current application but not previous ones?)
