1, For "Date To" do you just put date filling application on, or last day of this year?
1, How do you fit employers with long names, long address, and telephone number on the space provided?
2, If you need more lines can you just type it in Word and attach it as an extra sheet? If so, do you just write on the form that Part A, 1. Sponsor's employment history is conintued on another attached page?
