form 5490

Hi with my wife (Canadian citizen) we are applying outland spousal pr application since I'm from Guatemala were we currently live. We are married and lived together since 2010 when the marriage took place. There is a section on form 5490 regarding common law conjugal partner relationship, it doesn't apply to me I believe but in some questions there are NO and Yes answers and in No they ask for explanation. Can I leave it blank?? or write something? Also below there is a MAINTAINING CONTACT SECTION and they ask questions like have I visited my sponsor, how do we communicate when were not together and in what language. Should I leave it blank or write something like WE'RE MARRIED and WE LIVE TOGETHER???

The forms are generic. You should only answer questions in the relevant sections for married couples. Also for questions which are irrelevant for your case you can put 'N/A' as an answer.

For the maintaining contact questions, certainly explain that you are married and live together, don't just leave them blank.
