Hi everyone,
I applied for my mum's visitors visa and I put her length of stay to be 1year with a funds of $13000, it got refused on the basis that her funds are not sufficient for her length of stay and that she could reapply again if she can prove sufficient funds of stay. So I reapply again on February 23 2022, she got message update on the 13 of April but I can't access the account as I have forgotten the password and username name. I created another account and try linking the previous account to the newly created account so I can get the message but it tells me application not found. I have written to them but haven't gotten any response yet and am worried if it was passport request I might missed out on the time frame given. Yes I have call IRCC and they automated message says the recent application status is that the application was received on the 23 of February 2022, and that they would transfer my call to an agent to better serve me. But after 5 mins they say they are experiencing a high volume of call an are unable to transfer my call. I have been calling since Wednesday the 13th but it keep saying the same thing. Could it be that they have refused again and have withdrawn the application from the system?
How else do I get to them, does anyone have an idea if how I can get to them?

Were you listed as the representative on the application? Your mother should get notified if she is approved and her passport is requested. Has she been monitoring her email including the spam folder?
