Forgot to write name on IMM 0008 form

Hi, I am sponsoring my spouse and I sent my package over to CPC-M on 19th July

I am realising now that I did not write her name (by hand) in the space provided in the final portion of the IMM 0008 where it asks for her consent to release information to the province for purposes of immigration and refugees protection act.

She did sign and date the form alright but forgot to write her name.

Now I am very worried that will this cause 4 week lost of my time

Hi. There's not much to do since u have already submitted the app but what I can say is let's just hope that the officer will not pay too much attention on that one and just consider the signature that she have on the form... fingers crossed... pls update
