When did you send your application.

If you apply recently, I would suggest you to send additional Fee Payment Form as soon as possible to avoid rejection.

This is a BIG mistake or I would term it blunder.

For sure, your application will be returned...(sorry about it)

Send a new payment form and a cover letter stating your full name. DOB. approximate reception date of your actual application. UCI if known. Not signing is a strong reason for rejection

No, it is very unlikely because, there is no application no nor UCI and they will not be able to track your remaining documents (signed form) with the original package. When they will process your main application package, they are not going to wait for your remaining package and will return it without processing it further.

But It would be good if you take appropriate steps to less the risk of rejection.

Write a Cover Letter as follows:

Well from this forum, I have witnessed at least 5 cases who did that and have already received PER and MR.

You can search the forum and view the results.

Nothing is useless.

As he has used CC, so Signing is required. If he use DD then no signing is required.
