Forgot to put upfront medical exam in student direct stream application

Hello
asking for a friend,
he made the application for SDS, but while filling the application he selected no on the upfront medical exam and did not provide the upfront medical exam document. should he cancel his application and submit a new application or should he just raise a web form with the medical document?
