Forgot to include H1B Refusal in Background Declaration

Hi Guys,
I have applied for FSWP 2014 in July and I received PER on Nov 1st. I just realized reading posts on the forum that I overlooked
the Section 6 d) on the Background declaration. I have been refused an H1B Visa Extension in 2011 and also my wife has a Student Visa refusal from way back. I did not realize that the form asked about refusals to other countries too. I want to convey this mistake to the Visa office but I am not sure if I should contact CIC or the NDVO. If I need to contact the Visa office Can i do it now or wait until I get an acknowledgment from them.

If I send this updated Background form will my Application be sent back to CIO for re-evaluation :-[ . If any one of you had such an issue can you please let me know.

There will be no re-evaluation since you've already been deemed eligible.

Wait till VO receives your file and then inform them of the mistake made and enquire for further guidance.
