I am now currently a international student in canada. When my agency did my application, it forgot to ask about my common law partner and haven't been included. Is there a way to update this even though i am already here, i was able to make some statutory declaration prior to leaving my country.

What do you mean you forgot as that is misrepresentation? Now you want to add common law to a permit you already received. Can you prove common law?

For in our country, their is no changes on your status for a common law partner, unless you are married, you will still be considered as single. Photos, bank accounts and other things can prove it

You need more than Photos and bank accounts to prove common law. What proves common law is one year of continuously living together - leases/rental agreements, home ownership, taxes, investments etc. You should have mentioned your status.
