Last year my ARRIMA profile expired and so it completely skipped my mind to say “Yes” to the question which said, “Have you or your spouse ever applied to Ontario or any other province?” I submitted my OINP application yesterday and today while I was proofreading my application after submission (I know this sounds dumb) I realized that I mistakenly answered that question “No”. Should I send an email to OINP regarding this stating my case number or would Ontario govt would reject my application on the grounds of falsification. I’m really worried. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
