I completely misunderstood the group application process. I was applying for Visitor Visas for my in-laws using the portal. I created a group and started filling out the application. I mentioned that his spouse (MIL) would accompany him. I uploaded both their documents together, paid $185 ($100 app fee + $85 biometrics), and submitted it. Today I received a biometric letter in the portal only under my FIL's name. This made me realize that I should have created a separate application for my MIL and submitted 2 applications together.
I tried to call IRCC, they are too busy to pick up. What can I do now? Any idea?
