Canada is going thorough a very worse conditions these days. No jobs, no houses for rent, very high grocery rate which keeps on increasing every week and other countless things. So it's better to stay in your home land for now. Maybe if things improve in future it would be fruitful to move here but for now no use. Rest is your call.

No worries. Tell her to be mentally strong, be prepared to go thorough a little hard time finding job and place to stay. Don't want to scare but if one is mentally prepared about the path ahead it would be easy to steer the wheel through the rough road. The most important thing - Please tell her to be in touch with the family regularly and you also make sure to keep checking on her regularly. So that the stress of new country does not overwhelm her... All the best to her.
