Foreign Work Experience - Documents Required

Hello,

I'm declaring a number of internships I have had back home (Turkey). As this was over 5 years ago, I'm doing my best to get back in touch with my employers now to get all of the documentation ready.

What documents will CIC require from me to prove these engagements?

Letters from your employers confirming information such as the duration of your employment, salary, position title and responsibilities. Payslips / deposit slips confirming your salary payments.

Are payslips mandatory? I managed to get the salary details on reference letter, will that not suffice? I worked at my first employer back in 2011 (up to 2013). I didnt have pay slips handy. So, I just got the salary details on the letter!
