when I left the company i got a releiving letter stating dates and job title
is that good?

Or let me know what I need to prove foreign work ex

You need a letter that explicitly mentions your job responsibilities which should be similar to the chosen NOC's main duties. You also need supervisor's name, title, contact details. The letter should mention working hours/week, salary, tenure, be dated, printed on company letterhead and signed by the supervisor/HR at your organization.
