I saw that 200CAD is a requirement for student visa but to be honest I am short by 15CAD, I was wondering if I could be lent by my friends upon obtaining the amount i refund them back ,or will upon reaching Canada required to show the current amount ?

That's just the visa fee.

You need to show a lot more than that to get the study visa approved. You have to show a bank balance that covers first year tuition + $10,000 in living expenses. Generally speaking, this means you need to show a bank balance of at least $25,000 to be approved.

You still need to show a bank balance to prove you can pay for the trip to Canada. You would want to show at least a few thousand dollars, maybe more depending on where you're traveling from and the length of your trip.
