Hi I was an international student in 2018- 2019 so I got married after 10 month of entering Canada my husband is an immigrant and has been accepted by the immigration so 0n October 2018 we applied our pr together and in 2019 the immigration emailed him to do the medical but not me so this happend in 2019 after him doing his medical we are just waiting for our pr to come but what really worries me is that my student visa got expired but before that I had already applied for visitors visa and I haven’t got the answer yet beside that I am pregnant so what will happen to our baby and me ?

Wait for visitor visa decision.
And u will have to update ur visa status and pregnancy status to Ircc.
That will complete your PR application.
Coz if they proceed and later find ur status complicated with visitor visa and pregnancy then it’s a trouble.
