FOR VISA, DO WE NEED TO GO TO DELHI ??

I have heard that for study visa we need to go to delhi or chennai.... is that true??? Thnx

Nope you dont need to go to Delhi for this...You can submit your file to VFS... which handles visa for CHC... For more info you can visit to VFS Canada site..just google it...

u can submit ur application to VFS Mumbai.. its behind Babulnath Mandir..
