First of all, I just received my passport with visa stamp! And unfortunately I didn't receive any email regarding my visa approval. So, those who have not received your approval email yet, don't loose hope! no email doesn't necessarily mean no visa.
Wait for your passport, don't make any assumptions and keep your calm. Although its hard I understand that. I went through the same phase you are going through. So, I know the feeling

hey Smit have u done ur medical yet or not ?? i got the same situation, got the mail that my pp is dispatched to VFS thats it. i m afraid i havent done my medical yet and they send my pp allready !!!

but u have to go for medical atleast 7 days before appling visa
