Should take 2.5 months according to the CIC numbers (63 days, so give it a bit longer for mailing time).
I know they've been tinkering with mine, since my e-CAS address information changed again last week (I'll be at 63 days on December 15, 2012). I'm still wondering if I'll go back to "DM" or "Complete" when they actually do issue the card (e-Cas went to "in process" about two weeks after landing.)
