None of us here can provide u with a 'sure shot' answer to the timeframe of PPR -post meds. It depends on many factors. I can see that u r quite anxious about it, as there r many posts by u on the matter. My advise is to RELAX. Most likely everything will be fine with your case & u'll get your dues soon.

The process after meds:
As our med results reach the CHC... they scrutinize the DMP's report & if it is fine, send our case for 'security checks'. If there is any ambiguity observed by the CHC, the DMP's report [alongwith all enclosures] go to Ottawa -for a 2nd opinion.

Note: Not necessarily all meds results r sent there, but also not that none of our med reports go to Ottawa [as someone was mentioning in another thread]. There can be a scenario that our meds will be furthered to Ottawa... we need to be prepared for that.

Once the meds & security is cleared, they send us the PPR/visa. It can take any time length. Usually by 2-5 months, max expected by 6 months, avg. being 3 months, while the max delay could be anyone's guess.

BTW: Plz be patient... soon all will be sorted out & before u know u'll have the coveted PPR/Visa at your doorstep.

All the best !

Medicals reach the local visa office. Panel doctor at the CHC checks the reports and presents his or her opinion on it and marks the file. The Visa officer check the remarks and if the medicals are ok then PPR/Visa is issued as said by Qorax. If reports need some more details then they are sent to Ottawa. Usually New Delhi takes 1 - 3 months for this process.

Try and keep your horses on hold are you would need them in Canada :D. Be patient. Soon good news shall come.
