I used to have two part time jobs long ago, but for one of them, I have only pay slips which I used to receive one a month rather than twice a month.

Is this a skilled NOC? How long ago is "long ago"? Just checking to see if the experience is eligible or is worth the bother. You will need a letter of reference from the employer that will state the number of hours worked per week, and if you had an hourly wage, the total # of hours worked per week can be calculated from tax documents etc.
