If I had more than one previous marriage, do I have to include divorce certificate from just the last one, or for the previous one as well?

Include certificates for all previous marriages lest CIC think that because you included one certificate and not another, you're still married.

In addition, if there was a common law partner in the past, and I provide the required declaration of severance of common law relationship, I see that it requires me to state that he does not live with me any more. But in cases where the relationship has ended, and is not conjugal, but the ex partner has no accommodations and is temporary staying in the dwelling (in their own portion of the dwellings) with completely independent finances, paying rent, how is this treated? Is the rental agreement needed to prove that there is no common-law relationship happening.
With the housing prices right now, there are may instances when one partner is not a partner any more, but continues to live in the dwellings as a room mate or a renter. How is this treated?

This one is complicated. Simple cohabitation does not equal commonlaw marriage, or else roommates everywhere would be accidentally married. However, conjugal relationship is defined by a marriage-like relationship, with shared meals, care and affection. One legal test used to be "do you do laundry together."

Which form is requiring you to provide the statutory declaration?

J'ai déja répondu a votre question! Ici, j'ai demande quelle formulaire a requis la "Statutory Declaration" parce-que l'épouse qui n'est pas Canadienne peut donner la formulaire, mais le sponsor ne doit pas, je pense.

In addition, there are no financial dependencies of any sort: everyone has their own account, everyone buys and prepares their own food, everyone does their own laundry, the owner of the place pays all the bills and does not receive compensation, there are no common visitors, no insurance policies, etc, etc - total room mate situation. How does one prove that? Is it even necessary to prove it?

Like I said last time, you did not need to submit the declaration. Ne. T'inquiete. Pas. Vous ne devez pas soumettre la declaration.

Have your former common-law spouse write all this in a letter. You do not want to risk an up-front rejection because CIC considers you to be still in the common-law relationship.
