For Medical need advice

I'm really worried coz I'm scheduled to have one ( First of all I'm obese , I am hypertensive and my heart can beat so fast (tachycardia) whenever I am worried. Anyway I'm taking medication regulary. I'm also worried that when I am in there my heartbeat will beat so fast because of nervousness with the medical examination that I am going through. I'm still choosing between IOM Manila Health Center and St. Lukes in Manila. Please share your experience with me, I am really bothered. Please help. :'(

Try to be in relaxed mood when you go for medical checkup !

The main things which will be cheked are ;

* Blood pressure.
* Urine test.
* Vision test.
* Chest x-ray.
* Little interview to check your hearing and speaking ability.
* HIV blood test.

So i will advice you to stop any kind of medication a week before going for medicals to be on safe side as it won't show any kind confusion in your blood test.
