For got to send the CIC letter when Re submitting the returned application

Hi Guys,
I forgot to send the CIC letter along when red submitting the application . Can I send it separately.
Anybody have any information let me know
will the application will be returned.
can i send the document separtely

did you write the immigration file number somewhere on the application or on a letter for them to see.

Hi
This at the initial review stage the application is returned due to incorrect fee. I don't see any file number on the CIC letter they have sent.
I just took the DD in Canadian Dollars and Resend the returned application

The application will not be sent back to you but might be delayed. They asked you to send that letter back because that is how they,ll know just by opening your application that they hard already received it and send it back to you for corrections.
