For ECA is -wes good or iqas?

Hi, I have completed my MBA from ICFAI business school, hyderabad and completed my bachelors from Mumbai.
Should i go with wes or iqas or ces?
And will I need to give both degrees for ECA or just MBA is enough?
Please guide.
