I received a job offer in which my job responsibilities matches the 1123 Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations but my title does not?!

So, do i need to match the job designation title or my job responsibilities mentioned under it will prove its relevance to 1123 - Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations satisfy the cic requirement?

Please suggest.
