Hi All members,
As the topic suggests I am looking for some advice as well as experiences from those who are residing in Canada travelling to USA for work on H1B on a daily basis. I have received my PR and planning to move to Canada( Windsor) and travel to Detroit for work as I have the option to do so. My doubts are as follows,
1) Is it possible to do this without any problems as far as Immgration (US side) is concerned especially if the US Green Card process is going on?
2) will there be any issues in maintaining H1B status or GC Process in US if family stays in Canada for a period less than 30 days just to maintain the I-94 (without surrendering the old one at border post as you are allowed to stay 30 days in canada with old I-94)?
3) Any other things that are needed to be considered as far as maintaining legal status in US?
Appreciate all inputs,
Rgds
Max
