At the moment you won’t get an invitation from Alberta. They are just considering inland applications. The last draw was in June this year. So don’t waste your time with Alberta. Maybe next year again.
I don’t know... job offer is hard to get. It’s easier when you have a work permit already and when you are in the country. At the moment the economy is bad, so the chances are little to get a job offer from outside Canada. Use the the time and lern French or improve your English or back to school to increase your points.
338 is really low. Improve English, get another diploma or masters, learn french are ways to improve your score.

You need to focus on immigration as job offers are difficult, especially now. Are you highly skilled? Canadian employers don’t search out foreign workers unless they can’t hire a Canadian so there are no sites specifically for foreign workers. You can search job banks etc. but most jobs will say you need to be a citizen or PR or have work authorization. If you want to look at Newfoundland then look at job listings and just see what is there.
