I just wonder if everyone who has above 481 points has received invitation to apply??

I heard some did not receive ITA...??

Yes all of them got. They was a delay in applicants receiving the emails.

Few of them did not have their Job bank accounts due to whcih they didn't get ITA.

But there isn't anyone who fulfilled the criteria but still didn't get ITA.

As per ministerial instructions (under the second heading), this draw was for FSW/FST.

Many people have applied under CEC only or under both CEC + FSW. Those who applied in both CEC and FSW received ITA in one of those categories. People who applied under CEC or PNP or some other category weren't applicable in this one, so they didn't receive ITA.

We'v had one CEC specific draw in the past, in 2015. So, all those who were left out, may be covered in the coming draws.
