Hello,

I want to request my entries/exits from the USA, is this correct or I have to choose another option?

And please by doing this is that anyhow it's gonna delay my application I am afraid cause from CIC website it says so by doing it with Canadian Border Agency

Hello,

Here's how to request it:

1- go to this link: https://foiaonline.regulations.gov/foia/action/public/request/publicPreCreate
2- create an account or continue as a guest ( I recommend the creation of an account)
3- select the agency: CBP FOIA division
4- fill in all your personal information.
5- type of record requested it will be: Entry/ exit
6- in the description put the details of your request.
7- click preview and submit.

I don't recommend guest checkout else the person will never receive their records. This is what I have observed in this forum
Also, make sure to create an account.

Requesting your own records should not cause any delays.

Please note, the entries may or may not be correct or up to date. Only the online FOIA request usually has complete information.
