Focus on just 2 skills (French Test)

Hi,
Many IELTS trainers believe that If your speaking is fine , then it's associated with your writing or vice versa and entirely all skills have a relation with each other (How ! I don't know)
For a candidate needs 2 CLB 7 and 2 CLB 5 or 6
Is it logical to just focusing on Listening and reading (put effort on these two ) and remain rest of them around A2/B1 ?

It depends on how many points you need. You generally need to score a specific level in all 4 areas. Listening and reading is graded by a computer and writing and speaking by humans, and these grades do not influence each other. (As in, I don't think anybody looks at your reading and listening score when grading writing and speaking.)
