Flight for September semester

I got approved visa for September 6 semester. Can i still come to Ontario, Canada in like July?
Somebody told me you can’t come before 21 days of starting the semester which will be late August.
Any idea?

Four weeks early is the earliest you should be coming. Some people manage to arrive earlier and are allowed into Canada. But we have seen others turned away at the border and sent home. Recommendation is 4 weeks early at most.

People have travelled even 2 months prior to classes, but the safest time is within 4 weeks of classes.
