I really hope you can help me with some insight on this.
I am on Work Permit in Canada which is expiring in a month. My spouse is on visiting here. We had applied for a PR. We applied for my spouse's WP based on that. Me and my spouse had applied for an extension of our WP beyond this month for a year till our PR application is in process. We just got news that our PR has now been approved. We have now sent our passports to IRCC. Once we receive our passport we are planning to go to the Canadian border near Waterton get our landing done. Having said that only I had a valid US visa where as my spouse doesn't. Anybody here knows if we can do flag polling without a US visa or would I have to wait to do it internally in Canada itself?
