If a person go to canada as working visa
What is best way for them to get pr

Pls help us we r new

You have two options 6242....

1. Apply under provincial nominee program (like SINP, AINP, etc), under this program, you are required work in the same province and also requires employment letter from an employer who is registered in the same province

2. Work for 1 year and apply under CEC (Canadian Experience Class), under this program, you are supposed to work for 1 year Full time employment and also should experience letter from the employer for the period you work.

Good luck

For SINP, you should have worked for a minimum of 6 months in that province.

The employer should have registered themselves with the province (they will get their GST / PST number after registering), thats what I know.

Good luck.

Additionally, CEC requires one year of full time work experience verifiable via pay stubs.

CEC's processing time is much faster (i.e. with in a year), but it is not available in Quebec. However, one case use quebec experience to apply for CEC if you intend to move to any where else in Canada.
